Job Description


Job descriptions:

1. Prepare hot food ingredients 2. Packing and labelling 4. Handling the running of simple machinery 5. Lead a kitchen team

Job requirements:

  • Basic food hygiene knowledge
  • Some basic knowledge and experience in F&B industry
  • Comfortable with production environment
  • Comfortable working in hot kitchen setup
  • Able to undertake tight production deadlines to fulfil order requirements (especially during festive season)
  • Must have supervisory experience and problem solving skills
  • Sense of urgency
  • Must be able to work overtime as and when required

Working schedules:

Sunday to Thursday: 3pm to 12am (midnight) Friday: 3pm to 7pm (may have to work overtime from time to time)
