Welcome customers warmly and provide thoughtful, informed recommendations
Prepare and serve our specialty coffee and other beverages to consistently high standards
Warm and serve pastries and light refreshments
Operate the POS system accurately for orders and payments
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across the cafe and workstation
Perform daily opening and closing duties, including clearing, cleaning, and restocking
Monitor and manage stock levels, including inventory checks, restocking, and receiving deliveries
Work collaboratively with the team to maintain smooth cafe operations
Support special projects and cafe-related tasks as needed

Enjoys engaging with people and thrives in a hospitality environment
Independent, detail-oriented, and efficient in fast-paced settings
A proactive team player with strong communication skills
Eager to learn and grow with a willingness to develop barista and service skills further
Minimum 1 year of barista experience preferred (training provided) but not a requirement
Possess a valid Food Hygiene certificate
Able to commit to 3 days a week (including one weekend)
