KOL BD / Affiliate / Community Manager - Web3 Card Payment

(Permanent / Part-time / Freelancer)


Remote / Asia / Japan / Korea / Vietnam / Taiwan / China

Responsibilities:

Identify, onboard, and manage key opinion leaders (KOLs), affiliates, and partners to drive user acquisition and enhance brand visibility. Build, manage, and engage Telegram communities and other Web3 social platforms. Plan and execute campaigns, promotions, and content strategies to activate the community and boost user engagement. Monitor KOL and affiliate performance, optimize campaigns, and provide reports on key metrics. Work closely with Marketing and Product teams to ensure community and affiliate efforts support overall growth objectives.

Requirements:

Demonstrated experience in managing KOLs, affiliates, or community operations, preferably within Web3, crypto, or fintech industries. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. Familiarity with Telegram and other Web3 community platforms. Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently in a part-time or freelance capacity. * Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
