:
- Responsible in setting new exciting direction for a small restaurant (25 pax capacity) with Korean and contemporary identity- Constructing menus with new or existing plates ensuring the variety and quality of options- Controlling and directing the food preparation process and any other relative activities- Plan orders of ingredients according to needs- Be fully in charge of managing and training kitchen staff- Oversee the work of kitchen staffs- Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards- Foster a climate of cooperation and respect between coworkers
Job Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience at Korean restaurants- Able to work on weekends and Public Holidays- Able to perform shift work- Able to commit to work overtime if required- Responsible and trustworthy
Compensation:
- Working day: 5 days/ week (Off on Monday & an additional one day arranged by Manager)- Working hour: 44 hours/ week- Working location: walking distance to MRT Havelock- Benefits: OT pay, 14 days annual leave, performance bonus.
