Job Description

Our client, a well-known MNC is currently looking for candidates for the position of End-User Computing Analyst (Korean Speaking).

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to IM tickets or requests received through the existing IM ticketing system based on first-in-first-out priority taking into consideration incidents severity level, thereby, ensuring that SLAs of incidents are met by following and adhering to ticket priority matrix.
• Diagnose & troubleshoot all IT related issues for Desktops, Laptops, Mobiles onsite and/or through remote access.
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot new computers, peripheral equipment, operating systems and system applications. Inclusive of data migration when deploying new computers to end users.
• Convey troubleshooting steps and information to customers via phone calls, and/or email. Will also require documenting down resolution steps and eventually turning it into a knowledge article and share knowledge through current process and tools.
• To analyze, perform diagnosis and find resolution for end users and if required, to escalate to Tier 3 team whenever the service restoration is beyond support capability. This might require coordinating with service providers to solve other IT infrastructure issues as well.
• Ensure compliance with all policies & procedures in all related areas
• When needed, assist Infrastructure team (or other teams) to rack mount equipment within the datacenter and involved in installation, provisioning and configuring of infrastructure hardware.
• Partner or when needed, take ownership to work with business IT to deliver quality service to our customers.
• Actively engaging in the testing of systems / applications before deployment by giving feedback and participating in team discussions.

Job Requirements:

• A recognized IT/IS Diploma or Degree
• Korean language proficiency to liaise with Korean counterparts and stakeholders
• Working knowledge on Active Directory, GPOs, DNS, Network file shares and usage of Software Delivery Tool (preferred MS SCCM) for software installation and OS patching activities
• Candidates with no experience may apply
