This role reports to the Data Management Manager (JPN & KOR).

Your main responsibilities are:
  • Have a service mindset and ensure high level of customer satisfaction by fairly resolving escalated issues, taking appropriate corrective action and redirecting to the relevant internal and external parties for resolution
  • Manage Workforce Administration services - On boarding, Employee Movements, Off boarding activities supporting Nike employees based in Asia Pacific (main focus: Korea)
  • Ensure that employees inquiries are responded in a timely manner and within the agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity in managing HR systems - Service Now, SuccessFactors, SAP, Workday
  • Own documentation updates for team work instructions (job aides and maintain governance for changes)
  • Take part in team meetings with the Korean Business Unit and act as a translator when needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • At least 1-year relevant work experience in Human Resources or HR Shared Services environment
  • Proficient in written and spoken Korean and English to support employees in those countries (Contract reviewing and translation, email and communicating in Korean to internal and HQ stakeholders). You will also be required to take a test during the interview.
  • Experience working in a call centre environment with HR Systems in solutions and technology will be a bonus
  • Strong ability to partner with several team managers to assist and enhance the processes
  • Excellent written, interpersonal and communication skills to be able to build credibility with stakeholders and network
  • Work well and stay calm in a fast-paced environment and efficiently navigate through ambiguity
