Job Description


:

  • Provide full office administrative and secretarial support for administrative manager
  • Handling to enquiries incoming calls & emails
  • Receiving and attending to visitors, maintaining office daily operation and bank affairs (collecting invoices)
  • Assist for sales and trading activities in Singapore for Korea based SME clients
  • Finding potential local buyers and matching them with clients
  • Conduct research and collect the information requested by the management and advise clients for basic trade-related issues or process etc.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties
Qualifications:
  • Proficiency in English and Korean to handling incoming calls from Korean clients
  • Preferred to have relevant experience, however fresh graduate could be considered as well
  • Bachelor Degree preferred
  • Candidates with immediate availability preferred
