Successful Sales Associate will have the possibility to become Shop managers in due course. Job Scope Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Assess customers' needs and provide assistance, advise and information on product features Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries. Provide advices/suggestions to customers who are unsure of children's fashion trending/styling. Ensure up-sell and cross-sell products. 'Go the extra mile' to drive sales. Team up with co-workers to achieve Monthly Sales Target set forth by the Management To ensure the store visual merchandising is impeccable at all times Perform stock replenishment/management Receiving stock, arranging stock into the storeroom, up-keeping/maintaining the storeroom Participation in stock-take Perform cashier duties and basic housekeeping, handle phone enquiry Perform daily sales tracking and settlement of POS at the end of the day Handle customers' feedback Build productive trust relationships with customers Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities, changing the store's design) Job Requirement Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Associate, Sales Representative or similar role Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices Working knowledge of customer and market dynamics and requirements Hands-on experience with POS transactions and basic IT skills Familiarity with inventory procedures Solid communication and interpersonal skills A friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus Availability to work flexible shifts. Successful Sales Associate will have the possibility to become Shop managers in due course. The Sales Associate's responsibilities start with running the morning checklist to ensure that the shop is ready to receive customers. Thereafter you will welcome and greet customers, understand their expectations and motivations, suggest products and close the sale on a good last impression to build loyalty. You should also be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
