Main Responsibilities

Ensure the timely completion of KYC registrations for ECPTA's commercial, financial, and administrative counterparts. Guarantee that all required documentation, due diligence, and supporting materials are properly collected and reviewed to achieve full registration in compliance with all relevant standards and internal guidelines. Support and participate in administrative, back-office, and project activities as requested by the ECPTA Office. Provide operational and administrative assistance to the commercial team, including: i) Consolidating commercial operations evidence and records for audit purposes, ii) Managing the registration of invoices and commercial documents in SAP or in other commercial tools, and iii) Tracking and following up on commercial operations activities to ensure timely execution and compliance.

Profile

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in administrative, commercial support, or compliance-related roles, preferably within the Oil & Gas or commodities trading industry. Proven experience in KYC processes, including counterparty onboarding, due diligence documentation, and compliance verification. Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills; proactive, analytical, and adaptable to a fast-paced trading environment. Effective team player with solid communication and stakeholder management skills across internal departments and external counterparties. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with SAP or similar enterprise systems is an advantage. Highly motivated, structured, and professional, demonstrating strong integrity, attention to detail, and ability to perform under pressure. Knowledge of Spanish will be an advantage. * Experience with audits, compliance reviews, or internal controls will be considered a plus.
