• Adecco is partnering with a leading Multinational exchange for a KYC/AML Specialist
• Salary between $3,200 - $6,000 depending on relevant work experience
• Location: CBD or Buona Vista

The Talent

• Minimally 1-2 years\' experience in the finance industry in a AML KYC, sanctions and change environment
• Experience in Nice Actimize and Transaction Monitoring is preferred
• Strong knowledge of AML and KYC regulations, especially Singapore regime
• Ability to use sound judgment to determine due diligence quality and if meets regulatory standards.
• Familiar with KYC Screening tools such as Refinitiv/Lexis Nexis.
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
• Meticulous, coupled with the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.

The Job - Core responsibilities:

• Approve screening alerts, customer due diligence and AML risk assessment reviewed by maker in line with AML policy of the group
• Escalate concerns relating to customer due diligence and screening alerts for appropriate additional approvals
• Manage client responses to KYC requirements and resolve customer queries related to documentation
• Review and approve / escalate suspicious transactions patterns identified by makers as part of Transaction Monitoring process
• Manage periodic review pipeline and ensure completion of due diligence prior to periodic renewal due date

Other Responsibilities (ad-hoc):

• Develop new methods and procedures to make alert and due diligence review processing more efficient;
• Effect change for continuous improvement in the team\'s output in terms of quality and efficiency
