Working Arrangement:
Training Period: Mon-Thurs 9:00am-6:00pm / Fri Work from Home
Post-Training: 3-2-2-3 rotating shift (8:00am-8:00pm / 8:00pm-8:00am); night shifts are WFH

Key Responsibilities
Provide first-level application support to business users, resolving incidents and service requests efficiently
Analyse issues, perform step-by-step troubleshooting, and restore systems to normal operation
Communicate clearly with users, internal teams, and management to ensure timely resolution and customer satisfaction
Log, track, and maintain detailed records of incidents, root causes, and resolutions
Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 technical teams with proper documentation and analysis
Develop and maintain troubleshooting guides, user manuals, and support documentation
Collaborate with Tier 2 teams and project managers on system improvements and upgrades
Continuously enhance technical knowledge through internal discussions, manuals, and industry resources
Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality
Requirements
Qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or an equivalent discipline
Willingness to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify issues and execute troubleshooting procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience supporting fintech or financial services applications, with domain knowledge in trading systems, capital markets, blockchain, or financial payment technologies, is an added advantage
Basic experience or exposure to programming or scripting languages such as HTML or Java.
