Job Description
Bethel Community Services is a Non-profit Organisation, a registered Charity and an Institute of Public Character (IPC) in Singapore with the aim of supporting each individuals in our community in maximising their God-given potential. One key area of our support is in education in the early years.
Bethel Community Services is looking for dedicated and passionate Preschool Teachers to guide, educate, care for, nurture and most importantly inculcate positive values in our preschool children!
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct lessons according to our pre-school curriculum
- Carry out progress monitoring of children
- Classroom management and maintaining a pleasant learning environment
- Carrying out routine care duties
- Organizing and participate in centre events
- Ensuring the safety and hygiene of children
- Work closely with other teaching staff in the class in carrying out the duties
- Build and maintain close partnership with parents
- Assist in other ad-hoc duties or initiatives
Job Requirements:
- At least a Diploma in ECCE-T (L2)
- Preferably have at least 2 years of relevant working experience in a preschool environment
- Certified by ECDA
- Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Words, Excel and PPT)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Able to work well independently as well as within a team
