The Opportunity
Day to day operational support for the following technology (e.g. Aruba/HPE, Cisco, Alcatel, Security products etc.) or customer groups that are critical or high- risk.
Resolve single- and cross- technology incidents independently.
Work with team members to resolve unusually complex or cross- technology incidents.
Build and maintain strong relationship up to senior management level in assigned accounts.
Assist in managing delivery of industry support solutions.
Manage customer expectation as part of escalation process.
Your Background
6-8 years of experience in managing and troubleshooting network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
Familiarity with network monitoring tools and basic knowledge of security protocols.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP or equivalent would be an advantage.
Aruba experience is an advantage
