Job Description
Job Title: Application Support Engineer (Java/J2EE)
Location: Changi Business ParkWe are seeking a dynamic Application Support Engineer with expertise in Java/J2EE, Unix, and SQL to provide support for web applications and batch jobs. The ideal candidate should have a strong desire to learn and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Java/J2EE applications, Unix commands, and SQL queries.
- Work with technologies such as JBoss, MariaDB, Shell scripting, and job scheduling tools.

- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure timely issue resolution and adherence to SLAs.
- A Degree in IT or Computer Science.
- Practical experience in Java/J2EE, Unix, and SQL.
- Willingness to work shifts (morning, general, afternoon, and night shifts).
- Previous experience in the banking industry is a plus.
- Morning Shift: 6 am to 3 pm
- General Shift: 9 am to 6 pm
- Afternoon Shift: 2 pm to 11 pm
- Night Shift: 10 pm to 7 am (including weekends and public holidays)
- Shift allowances included in the salary package.
- Transportation expenses claimable for shifts starting before 7 am or ending after 11 pm.
