Job Description

:

Assist in new solution system, sterilization or process related development project. Assist in solution system, sterilization and outsource revalidation and validation program. Investigate sterilisation, solution system and outsource validation and revalidation related testing and process failure. Investigate any solution system, sterilisation and/or outsource validation and revalidation related failure (not pertaining to Singapore site only). Perform microbiological test and chemical analysis if required. Write validation / revalidation protocols and reports pertaining to solution system, sterilisation and outsource. Ensure documented sterilisation procedures are provided. Monitor the operation of sterilisation and solution system facilities. Appointed as a trainer on identified subject matter expert. Train new Lab staffs. Lab consumables purchase, inventory and control expenditure. Conduct internal calibration and/or arrange for external calibration of equipment. Maintain calibration master list if required. Check and ensure equipment used for sterilisation or outsource validation / revalidation have valid calibration status. Review Batch Manufacturing Records required for product release for JMS and outsource. Troubleshooting when equipment breakdown or malfunction.

Job Requirement:

Minimum Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or related discipline. Ability to work independently and willing to perform overtime when required to support the manufacturing operations. Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Good communication and writing skill. Entry level candidates are welcome to apply. Able to support day and night shifts.
