Job Description


  • Permanent Role with AWS and 5-6 months Variable Bonus
  • Up to $2800 (Entry Level)
  • Up to $3800 (Experienced candidates)
  • MNC Chemical Manufacturing Company
  • Jurong Island, Company Transport Provided at Designated Point
  • Willing to perform overtime during the weekend (Either Saturday or Sunday)
  • Entry Level for Diploma or Degree in Chemical related field

Responsibilities :
  • Perform analysis, processing, and testing of semi-finished and finished polyolefin products (polyethylene and polypropylene).
  • Establish and review test methods/equipment to uphold reliable quality checks and assure continual improvement.
  • Calibrate testing/measuring equipment and maintain laboratory facilities in good working condition, and carry out instrument troubleshooting.
  • Assist in day-to-day laboratory operations e.g. arrangement for testing, inventory control of laboratory supplies, etc, to support product quality assurance activities.
  • Maintain good housekeeping, and upkeep safety and environmental protection in the laboratory.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Chemistry or a Diploma in Chemical Process Technology
  • Experience in polymer material processing and testing will be an added advantage.
  • Team player with initiative, drive, and good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Able to take the pressure and maintain accuracy under a tight work schedule.
