Job Scope

• Apply Quality Control Procedure (SOPs) to conduct lab analysis
• Responsible for instrument preparation and maintainence
• Responsible for sample taking in the plant (e.g. raw material sampling)
• Responsible for general lab housekeeping
• Assist supervisor to set up new analytical methods and techniques
• Ensure all data are generated properly according to respective SOPs and transfer to SAP
• Check and review all test results according to defined specification
• Report any relevant abnormalities to manager
• Work in the safe manner in lab and surrounding areas
• Work following ISO 9001: 2015 and ISO 14001:215 standard requirements
• Practice lab safety procedure to comply with EHS and all the site safety regulation, process and working guidance to protect personal safety and colleagues

Requirements

• Diploma or bachelor degree in chemistry, biochemistry or pharmaceutical analysis etc
• Fresh graduates or with extended QC lab working experiences
• Be familiar with gas chromatography (GC), High-performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Total Organic Carbon (TOC), Fourier Transform Near-Infrared (FT-NIR), Particle sizer as well as PhysChem testing such as pH, density etc.
