Lab Assistant (food Science/ No Experience Required)

Job Description
- Basic up to $2300
- Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) + 1 half Saturday per month
- Location: Loyang (One-way company transport provided to work from Pasir Ris)
- Prepare and maintain technical documents (COA, MSDS, Specs etc.) for production lots
- Prepare and maintain documentation records of Food Safety Quality Management system documents for our factory
- Prepare and maintain samples of incoming new samples for sensory evaluation and record evaluations
- Maintain updated record of lab samples
- Prepare samples for outgoing production sensory QA and submit sensory report (for specific products)
- Prepare and send samples for external lab or customer testing
- Perform lab testing e.g. pH, density (for specific products)
- Support lab testing operations and maintain laboratory equipment
- Weighing, mixing of ingredients for sample preparation
- Perform other tasks, roles or projects by superiors assigned from time to time
- Maintain lab housekeeping cleanliness standards, observe safety requirement and Good Laboratory Practices
- No experience required, training provided
- Knowledge in Food Science/ Chemistry is advantageous
- Lunch provided
