Mon to Fri (9am to 6.15pm) + 1 half Saturday per month
Location: Loyang (One-way company transport provided to work from Pasir Ris)
Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain technical documents (COA, MSDS, Specs etc.) for production lots
Prepare and maintain documentation records of Food Safety Quality Management system documents for our factory
Prepare and maintain samples of incoming new samples for sensory evaluation and record evaluations
Maintain updated record of lab samples
Prepare samples for outgoing production sensory QA and submit sensory report (for specific products)
Prepare and send samples for external lab or customer testing
Perform lab testing e.g. pH, density (for specific products)
Support lab testing operations and maintain laboratory equipment
Weighing, mixing of ingredients for sample preparation
Perform other tasks, roles or projects by superiors assigned from time to time
Maintain lab housekeeping cleanliness standards, observe safety requirement and Good Laboratory Practices
Additional Information:
No experience required, training provided
Knowledge in Food Science/ Chemistry is advantageous
