Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Manufacturing/ Chemical
- Position Title: Lab Technician/ Lab Technologist (Chemical Application)
- Working Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Company transport provided at Buona Vista/ Jurong area)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 am \xe2\x80\x93 5.15 pm
- Salary Package: Up to $3,000 + Transport Allowance + AWS + Variable Bonus + Insurance
- Duration: Permanent
- Provide technical and application support to the leather department.
- Assist in supporting new product development and conducting application testing in the laboratory.
- Support day-to-day lab testing operations and maintain laboratory equipment.
- Assist the Application Manager in daily duties.
- Diploma in Applied Chemistry/ Chemical Process Technology/ Chemical Engineering or its equivalent.
- Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as training will be provided.
- Some exposure in the chemical industry, coatings or paints and printing inks industry is preferred.
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Regional travel may be required from time to time.
