Core Responsibilities Assist in the production of batch making of skin care formulations with the following processes as followed:
- Pre-weighing and data recording of raw materials for production batch making
- Requisition and management of raw material
- To process change management and registration for basic/exploratory raw materials
- Scheduling of equipment use
- Measure the formulation stability parameters (i.e., Viscosity, pH, Rheology etc.)
- Set up equipment in accordance with experimental instructions including safety and calibration checks.
- Operation of equipment
- Shut down of equipment with experiment completion procedures
- Customer Orientation: Work in teams, build relationships with customers to anticipate needs and solicit feedback to improve the customer experience
- Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and cooperative working environment by fulfilling own responsibilities, managing interpersonal relationships and providing support to others to achieve goals
- Communication: Communicate with others to share information, respond to general inquiries and obtain specific information
- Decision Making: Follow processes to make decisions using given information and guidelines
- Problem Solving: Identify problems and apply guidelines and procedures to solve problems
- Language: Able to communicate in English both in written form and verbally
- Computer Literacy: Possess basic skills in Microsoft Office suite of software
- Able to operate simple machinery.
