Job Description
The Lab Technician is responsible for supporting the colourmatching and sample preparation for customer. This role ensures accurate formulation and documentation to meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Collect and weigh paint base materials according to specified formulas. Tint paint using colorants and ensure accurate mixing. Operate shaking equipment to homogenize paint samples. Cast drawdowns for visual and spectrophotometer evaluation. Label and organize paint samples for sale submission. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the laboratory. Assist in data recording and reporting of test results.
Qualifications:
Minimum ITE (Institute of Technical Education) certificate or equivalent.
Prior experience in a laboratory will be added advantage
