Core Responsibilities Assist in the production of batch making of skin care formulations with the following processes as followed:
- Pre-weighing and data recording of raw materials for production batch making
- Requisition and management of raw material
- To process change management and registration for basic/exploratory raw materials
- Scheduling of equipment use
- Measure the formulation stability parameters (i.e., Viscosity, pH, Rheology etc.)
- Set up equipment in accordance with experimental instructions including safety and calibration checks.
- Operation of equipment
- Shut down of equipment with experiment completion procedures
Work Experience Some experience in Process Laboratory, Process Manufacturing, Biopharmaceutical Manufacturing will be preferred.
Academic Qualifications Diploma in Chemistry or related discipline.
