Job responsibilities: Conduct research and development on floor coating formulation, including raw material alternative studies Validate product performance against industry standards and/or by developing internal criteria and methods of evaluation Ensure product performance meeting local authority standards or specifications Manufacturing support on formulation troubleshooting, process improvement and ensuring product meeting intended specifications Support customer & business unit to perform technical service, product application trial & training when needed Ensure compliance with Laboratory Safety Management Standard Ensure workplace safety and security Undertake other job functions as and when assigned from time to time Requirement: Min.
