• Maintaining all lab equipment
• Carry out daily analysis of plating chemicals
• Provide calculation for plating chemicals top-up amount
• Update control charts and ensure all analysis results are properly recorded and updated
• Carry out in-house calibration of lab & wastewater treatment plant\'s ORP meters
• Review & revise all lab & wastewater treatment plant\'s work instructions whenever necessary
• Maintain & upkeep the smooth operations of auto-analyzers for treated effluents
• Keep track & maintain sufficient inventory for \xe2\x80\x9cQuick Test Kits\xe2\x80\x9d for daily treated effluent checking
• Maintain good 5S housekeeping of the plating laboratory
• Carry out other tasks assigned by supervisor
• In charge product/process Control Plan, FMEA & Process Flow
• Support internal audit & external audit if needed

Position Qualifications and Experience:

• Possess at least a Polytechnic certificate or equivalent
• 2-3 years relevant working experience in a manufacturing environment/ training provided for those without experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software applications
