The Singapore lab testing and simulation team belongs to the system engineering department in Singapore. They use and maintain the Singapore CBTC Simulation Facility (aka CSF Lab), which is the first of its kind \xe2\x80\x93 a world class lab which fully replicates the Singapore North-South and East-West line signalling system in both hardware and software. It is a great asset for effective maintenance and upgrading of the system, as it is used for engineering work, training, and testing activities. This is an excellent place to build knowledge of CBTC systems for the urban rail industry.
