Maintain laboratory programs such as safety, housekeeping, chemical and reagent inventory, retention, stability etc.
Maintain equipment in good working conditions; as well as equipment preventive maintenance and calibration schedule.
Ensure all laboratory analysis of raw materials, test samples and finished goods are completed in a timely manner.
Establish, execute, review and evaluate test procedures and laboratory documents.
Conduct laboratory investigation in a scientific and logical manner as per procedure.
Support method development/validation work and equipment qualification.
In charge of pre-production material release, in-process parameters monitoring and post production checking and release.
Perform QC check on in-bound materials and report non-conformance to head of Quality.
Recommend and implement CAPA, identify gaps for quality improvements.
Involve and participate in inspections such as safety inspection, regulatory inspections etc.

Job Requirements:

Degree Holder in Bio Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Science or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years working experience in laboratory environment.
Experience in laboratory equipment operations such as GC, HPLC, UVS, and FTIR etc. with good troubleshooting knowledge.
Good Knowledge in laboratory management systems.
Demonstrated leadership skills including teamwork, communication, prioritization and change management.
