Where You'll Make a DifferenceTransform fragrance samples into finished products for internal testing and evaluation. Prepare and distribute samples to perfumers, marketing, and SDM teams in accordance with laboratory protocols. Collaborate with the FDS team to coordinate and dispatch consumer test samples. Align daily work priorities with the Regional Application Manager to ensure efficient task execution. Maintain accurate documentation of sample preparation, testing processes, and results. Support inventory management by monitoring raw material levels and updating the lab database. Formulate and store in-house base formulas as required for ongoing projects. Ensure laboratory equipment is properly maintained and daily supplies are adequately stocked. Train new interns on sample preparation procedures and uphold lab cleanliness and organization.
