Job Responsibilities

Responsible for ensuring the machine is operating at maximum efficiency while producing products that conform to company quality standards. Preparing the machine and equipment before they are used. Understanding of how operated machine works. Start the machine, monitor the operation and adjust the machine to ensure the finished film is within specification. Load and unload roll onto the machine using stacker Reviews of information on job sheet to run the job. Retrieve supplies required for the operation of the machine. Verify materials supplied for production are correct to produce job. Able to interpret work orders and other instructions required by supervisor. Basic troubleshooting of the machines. Responsible for the overall quality control of the laminated rolls Adjust machine as needed for job change. Responsible for housekeeping of the general area around machines, which includes sweeping the work area and picking up loose items. Follow company standard safety procedure. Other duties as assigned.

Must be detail-oriented Ability to follow written and oral instructions Ability to work in a team Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, stand or walk for long periods of time Willingness to work in shifts (late or early hours, weekends and overtime) Ability to stay organized * Safety awareness
