LanciaConsult is looking for experienced managing consultants to join our Singapore office and be part of the team responsible for growing our practice across Asia Pacific (Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia). Look no further if you are interested to work in a young, dynamic Consultancy firm that is breaking boundaries and changing the landscape of the Consulting industry.

We are looking for people who:
Have led projects, working within Consulting or Industry, with a track record of high performance (in last 8-10 years).
Love working in teams and can build strong relationships.
Are independent thinkers and are able to critically assess situations and guide clients to understand the best outcomes.
Have experience of working with senior clients, bringing ideas to them and challenging them on solutions and direction.
Have evidence of being a strong leader; able to motivate, grow and lead a team.
Are passionate and comfortable working on leading technology platforms.
Are strong people developers and possess acute leadership experience to guide and lead teams, creating development plans as well as coaching and mentoring skills.
Will play an active role in developing LanciaConsult, using your network for both improving the brand and image of LanciaConsult and for business development.
Will bring new ideas and solutions to clients and within LanciaConsult to help to continue to grow the company.
