Job Summary


As a Lancome Facial Therapist, you will provide luxurious and results-oriented facial treatments, embodying the brand's commitment to skincare expertise and personalized client care. You will combine technical skill with a passion for beauty to create a memorable and rejuvenating experience for each client, promoting Lancome's advanced skincare products and building brand loyalty.



Key Responsibilities

Expert Facial Treatments: Perform a range of specialized Lancome facial treatments, adhering to the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. Skincare Consultations: Conduct thorough skin analyses to identify client needs and recommend personalized skincare regimens. Educate clients on the benefits of Lancome products and proper skincare practices. Product Recommendations & Sales: Promote and sell Lancome skincare products, achieving individual and team sales targets. Client Relationship Management: Cultivate strong client relationships through personalized attention and follow-up. Brand Representation: Embody the Lancome brand image of elegance, sophistication, and scientific innovation in all client interactions. Hygiene & Safety: Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and sanitation in the treatment room, adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations. Teamwork & Collaboration: Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.


Qualifications

Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetologist with a specialization in skincare. Proven experience in performing facials and other skincare treatments. Comprehensive knowledge of skincare ingredients, products, and techniques. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for beauty and skincare, with a strong understanding of skin physiology and analysis. Ability to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
