What the role is:Land SurveyorWhat you will be working on:

• Manage and supervise land survey works undertaken by the Registered Surveyors appointed by HDB, including site inspections and checks to ensure quality and adequacy of works. \xe2\x80\xa2 Coordinate with architects, engineers, and planners to resolve technical issues relating to the land surveys. \xe2\x80\xa2 Resolve complex survey or boundary disputes between different surveyors/contractors in an acceptable and effective manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise with other statutory boards and relevant regulatory authorities to resolve issues and expedite approval of cadastral surveys to ensure that development project timelines are met. \xe2\x80\xa2 Review and propose improvements to the Group\'s contract management, technical survey specifications and work processes in relation to execution of survey contracts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Build competency in engineering surveys, especially road, drainage, and tunnel surveys

What we are looking for:

• Background in Land Surveying, Geomatics Engineering or in a geospatial-related field with at least 4 years of relevant work experience. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of survey practice and use of survey instruments such as total stations, GNSS, and 3D LiDAR scanners will be an advantage. \xe2\x80\xa2 Computing knowledge in 3D Point Cloud, BIM, Mapping, GIS, or 3D modelling software will be an advantage.
