Job Description

Job Responsibilities:



Carry out land and engineering surveys required for the construction projects. Carry out setting out of building grid lines before and during the construction stage. Carry out routine building alignment survey during the course of the project. Analyze survey data and prepare detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings. Ensure all survey data is accurate and complies with project requirements. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to provide accurate survey data. Mark and stake out reference points and elevations for construction activities. Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure accuracy and reliability. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with surveying instruments. Ensure all surveying activities comply with relevant regulations and standards. Liaise with regulatory authorities and clients on survey-related matters. Maintain accurate records of survey data, reports, and drawings. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible

Job Requirements:



Diploma/Degree in Land Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or a related field. At least 3 years and above with physical site experience Basic knowledge in AutoCAD Proficient in using surveying equipment Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Certification in Land Surveying (e.g., Licensed Land Surveyor)

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
