Responsibilities:
Prepare setting out plan and calculations
Coordinate work progression and directions
Conduct periodic and final check on completed works to ensure position, level and vertically are within allowance
Perform site survey and setting out to facilitate construction works
Manage and maintain survey instruments and survey data and records
Liaise with client and contractors on survey matters
Report to immediate superior regarding any discrepancies
Maintains and store accurate notes, records, and drawing files for active projects
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma in Land Surveying or related disciplines
Minimum 3 years' surveying work experience, preferably in civil engineering projects
Familiar with local survey requirements and practices
* Proficiency in AutoCad and Microsoft Office applications are an added advantage
