Job Description
Responsibilities * Responsible for carrying out land and building surveying, setting out building, road and services work * To perform land and engineering surveys required for civil and buildin Responsibilities Responsible for carrying out land and building surveying, setting out building, road and services work To perform land and engineering surveys required for civil and building works To liaise with Registered Surveyors for pre-computation plan drawing, setting out and as-built survey Coordinate with Structural, Architectural, M&E team and respective sub-contractors so as to carry out necessary setting out works Reporting verticality monitoring, soffit level, slab level monitoring to engineers for follow up action To ensure that all survey instruments, total stations and level are calibrated according to specifications at specified intervals Ensure all setting out are within surveying tolerances Requirements Minimum Diploma, or Degree in Civil Engineering, or Land Surveying/Geology Minimum 2 years relevant working experience in building and construction industry Good understanding of standard accuracy and tolerances of construction survey Work Location 3 Pasir Ris Drive 12, Singapore 519528
