The Assistant Project manager ensures the following:-
1. Assist the PM on the various aspects for delivering the projects.
2. Project to be completed on time and within budget, project's objectives are met and to specification, and in efficient order.
3. Miscellaneous task that may arise
The responsibilities includes and not limiting to :
+ Familarize with project requirements and scopes.
+ Planning and strategizing for the smooth flow of projects
+ Admin and safety submission
+ Costing, VO and claim management
+ Filings and document management
+ Procurement and supplier management
+ Customer/MC management
+ Manpower and subcontractor management
+ Reports and closure of arising matters
+ Site walks and meetings
+ QCQA
