Job Responsibilities

Design, Coordination & Implementation

• Contribute to the design thinking and process
• To create innovative design solutions from project inception to completion\xef\xbc\x8c conceptualization, preparation of plans /graphics / documentation /write-ups, specifications, and all other project related materials
• Well versed with drawing production SOP, format, processes and organization.
• Production of design packages for Concept, Schematic Design, Design Development, Budget and Tender Documentation
• Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the landscape site works
• Monitor & manage project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule.
• Attend project / technical / consultant meetings/tender interviews where required.
• Any other duties as and when assigned, e.g. Design competition

Design & Build Sales

• Meeting clients to understand client needs and crafting the design brief, learn client relationship management (pain points and delight).
• Cultivate sensibilities to user interface and experience of the landscape programs when preparing landscape proposal and sales pitch to win a Client.
• Once the design is finalized, prepare a Bill of Quantity for Client\'s approval for landscape implementation.
• Work with operations department and other contractors to deliver the intended design, inclusive of on-site coordination and problem-solving.
• Any other duties as and when assigned e.g. Design competition

Job Requirements

• Min Diploma in landscape architecture/design or equivalent
• Min 2 years of relevant experience
