Landscape Architect/ Horticulturalist

Job Description
We are looking for a motivated individual with design flair and creativity to join our Landscape Team.
Responsibilities:
- Be involved in project works from inception to completion.
- To create innovative design solutions including conceptualization, preparation of plans / graphics / documentation /write-ups, specifications and all other project related materials.
- Work with internal & external stakeholders e.g. clients, consultants, contractors and workers on various design issues, submissions and the execution of the landscape site works.
- Monitor project progress to ensure projects are carried out within contract agreement and schedule
- Attend project / technical / consultant meetings where required
- Any other duties as and when assigned e.g. Design competition
- Qualified candidates will possess a recognized Bachelor degree in Architecture or Landscape Architecture
- At least 5 years work experience.
- Good knowledge of local plant identification, horticultural practice, installation and maintenance procedure.
- Well versed in Autocad, Sketchup, PhotoShop and Office softwares. Knowing Revit is an advantage.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Able to communicate effectively in written, oral and graphic form.
- Good Team player.
- Able to multi-task and with good time management.
