Role Summary

We are seeking qualified and experienced native-speaking

Language Trainers of Malay, Indonesian, Thai, and Japanese

for a salaried teaching role based in Singapore. This position involves

30 hours

of in-person teaching per week.

You'll be part of a dynamic, professional team that values flexibility, innovation, and excellence in language training.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging and effective face-to-face language lessons to adult learners. Prepare lesson plans and learning materials aligned with client goals. Apply preferred teaching methodologies, including Communicative Language Teaching (CLT), Task-Based Learning (TBL), learner-centred approaches, and blended learning techniques. Monitor learner progress and provide regular feedback. Maintain accurate records of attendance and performance. Collaborate with the academic team to ensure consistent quality and curriculum alignment.

Essential Requirements:

Native speaker of Malay, Indonesian, Thai, or Japanese. Minimum 3 years' teaching experience with adult learners. Relevant teaching Degree and National Certification required Must be currently based in Singapore. Available for in-person lessons. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, reliable, and committed to learner success.
