The Job
Conduct learning needs analysis to identify training gaps and requirements.
Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.
Source and collaborate with training vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
Execute training programs to develop capabilities.
Manage new hire orientation programs
The Talent
5 years of relevant experience in learning and development roles.
ACLP Certification is as must.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
