The Opportunity:

  • Work hours: Mon to Fri 9am - 6pm
  • Up to $7,000, Bonus

Join the team as L&D Assistant Manager, reporting directly to the Head of Learning & Organization Development.

The Job
  • Conduct learning needs analysis to identify training gaps and requirements.
  • Develop comprehensive training programs tailored to organizational needs.
  • Source and collaborate with training vendors to deliver high-quality learning solutions.
  • Execute training programs to develop capabilities.
  • Manage new hire orientation programs
The Talent
  • 5 years of relevant experience in learning and development roles.
  • ACLP Certification is as must.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
