Job Description


What the role is:The Innovation and Foundation Competencies (IFC) team in the Institute of Public Administration and Management (IPAM) develops learning interventions and resources for the public officers to be future-ready in cross-cutting areas such as written communication, interpersonal communication, transition support and innovation etc.What you will be working on:

  • Undertake research and implement initiatives / programmes to drive technology-enabled learning \xe2\x80\xa2 Work with subject matter experts to shape the course content, curriculum and learning outcomes \xe2\x80\xa2 Assess and monitor the impact and effectiveness of learning interventions at the individual officer and/or organisation level \xe2\x80\xa2 Contribute to market intelligence gathering and research in Learning and Development (L&D) to keep training programmes abreast of future trends and developments \xe2\x80\xa2 Undertake consultancy projects to support public agencies in their transformation journey by applying methodologies such as human-centred design and process improvement \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage stakeholder relationships and project progress within budget and timelines
What we are looking for:
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in L&D and instructional design. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong organisational, analytical, project management and communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 Self-motivated, proactive, meticulous and resourceful \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to work and thrive in a fast changing work environment \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess professionalism and confidence in dealing with people at all levels, especially with stakeholders in our lead agencies
