Job Scope:

Design, develop and manage study visits and training programmes for international delegates of the assigned countries/region
Conduct research on regions, countries and institutions
Network and build strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and clients
Involvement in administrative duties, project management and business development work

Requirements:

At least 2 years of relevant working experience in the field of Learning and Development preferred.
Open to fresh grads of high calibre, with relevant L&D/International Relations/Political Science/Chinese Studies work experience or qualifications.
Confident, diplomatic, and good interpersonal skills.
Strong interest and knowledge of Singapore Government and current affairs.
Good analytical and communication skills.
Excellent project management skills and ability to multitask.
Ability to work collaboratively and with external partners.
Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands.
Demonstrate integrity and drive for excellence in work.
Strong presentation skills.
Customer-focused.
