What the role is:
Join the Civil Service College's Institute of Governance and Policy (IGP) team, where you'll play a crucial role in developing Singapore's public service capabilities in social and economic policy and policy tools. As part of our collaborative team, you will create innovative learning solutions that strengthen the Public Service's policy-making capabilities and institutional effectiveness. Our offerings include a suite of physical and digital learning content and courses, practitioner-oriented case studies, and milestone programmes.
What you will be working on:

• Design and deliver engaging learning programmes focused on social and economic policy, policy tools, and policy development methodologies o Collaborate with researchers to translate research findings and policy insights into practical learning materials and programmes o Develop comprehensive learning solutions including programmes and digital learning content that address emerging policy challenges o Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders across government agencies to ensure learning solutions meet their needs o Create and curate content for milestone programmes and specialised courses in social and economic policies, policy tools and foundational policy competencies o Support the facilitation of learning programmes and policy discussions

What we are looking for:

• Degree in relevant fields such as Public Policy, Economics, Social Sciences, Education, or related disciplines o At least 2-3 years of experience in learning and development, policy work, or research o Strong understanding of adult learning principles and innovative learning methodologies o Excellent analytical and synthesising abilities to translate complex policy concepts into accessible learning content o Strong stakeholder management and communication skills o Experience in curriculum design and development would be advantageous [We are currently hiring for the following L&D positions] 1. About Civil Service College:
The Civil Service College (CSC) is a statutory board under the Public Service Division, Prime Minister's Office. We are the central learning institution for the Singapore Public Service and we partner government ministries and agencies to develop people for a first-class public service.
