Backup Administrator L2



Experienced in EMC Networker (Must Have) , HP VTL ( Should have basic knowledge)

Backup , Restore monitoring & Trouble shooting (Must Have)

Provide backup status reports

Experienced in Production Server Environment ( Linux, Windows) ( Should have basic knowledge)

Problem determination and resolution on a 24x7 basis.

Telephonic and Email based User/Vendor Management.

Documentation skills

Experience in setting up Media retentions & management process (Must Have)

Experience in supporting Audit , Disaster recovery test ( Should have basic knowledge)

Experience in resolving performance & capacity Issues ( Should have basic knowledge)

Include integrated best-of-breed hardware and software products.

Create suggested target backup schedule and operational plan

Generate capacity reports

Perform data Restore (Must Have)

Provide escalated support to on TSM Backup issues
