As the IT Systems Analyst Lead focusing on logistics international business growth, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing IT systems solutions that enhance our operational efficiency and scalability across international markets. You will lead a team of analysts in developing and maintaining robust IT systems that meet the unique challenges of logistics on a global scale.Key Responsibilities:Lead a team of junior analysts, guiding them in the development and implementation of robust technical solutions that align with business strategic objectives.Collaborate closely with stakeholders across various departments to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.Conduct thorough analysis of existing systems, processes, and architectures to identify areas for improvement and optimization.Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budget constraints.Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to guarantee the reliability and effectiveness of implemented solutions.Maintain comprehensive documentation of technical designs, processes, and procedures to facilitate knowledge sharing and support ongoing maintenance.Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to ensure effective delivery of IT solutions and services that meet business needs.Identify risks associated with IT systems and implement mitigation strategies to safeguard business operations and data integrity.Technical & Soft Skills:Exposure to Application Development with .Net 4.5 and above, VB.net, ASP.net, C#.net, MVC, WCF, jQuery, Bootstrap, MS SQL 2016 and above, and UI/UX framework.Exposure to System interfaces methodologies like API (SOAP/ RESFUL) and SFTP File Transmission.Expose to various data encryption/decryption methodologies.Experience of software engineering concepts such as SDLC, Agile methodology.Experience in postal, WMS, 3PL and 4PL/LLP will be advantageous.Interpersonal:Great positive attitude to new experiences.Work independently. Able to work under pressure (e.g. tight deadlines, heavy workload).Adapt to changes in priorities, work assignments, and other interactions.Possess critical thinking and complex problem-solving skills.
