JOB DESCRIPTIONSystem Implementation and Project Delivery
Lead the planning and implementation of both IT and OT (operational technology) projects from start to finish
Drive business and technical requirements gathering, planning, design, while managing relationship with stakeholders and third-party vendors
Track project progress and report on key metrics like milestones and deliverables.
Suggest enhancements and ongoing refinement by evaluating business and product strategies, technological trends, and feedback
IT Service Management
Oversee key systems as system custodian, ensuring KPIs align with internal policies and industry standards
Serve as the primary contact for critical incidents, managing stakeholder expectations and conflict resolution, and guiding the support team on major incidents
Ensure systems compliance with company policies and industry standards
Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across IT, business, finance, legal, and compliance teams
Support the day-to-day operations of both IT and OT systems
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computing or related field
7-10 years of experience in project delivery and IT Service Management (ITSM)
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Good knowledge of user experience technologies and best practices
Basic understanding of sustainability initiatives and how they integrate with IT and OT systems
Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable
