JOB DESCRIPTIONSystem Implementation and Project Delivery

• Lead the planning and implementation of both IT and OT (operational technology) projects from start to finish
• Drive business and technical requirements gathering, planning, design, while managing relationship with stakeholders and third-party vendors
• Track project progress and report on key metrics like milestones and deliverables.
• Suggest enhancements and ongoing refinement by evaluating business and product strategies, technological trends, and feedback

IT Service Management

• Oversee key systems as system custodian, ensuring KPIs align with internal policies and industry standards
• Serve as the primary contact for critical incidents, managing stakeholder expectations and conflict resolution, and guiding the support team on major incidents
• Ensure systems compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders across IT, business, finance, legal, and compliance teams
• Support the day-to-day operations of both IT and OT systems

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in computing or related field
• 7-10 years of experience in project delivery and IT Service Management (ITSM)
• Proficient in project management methodologies and tools
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
• Good knowledge of user experience technologies and best practices
• Basic understanding of sustainability initiatives and how they integrate with IT and OT systems
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, ITIL) are desirable
