Prepare and coordinate

TOP/CSC

submissions to BCA and URA Liaise with QP (Architect) and consultants for regulatory approvals from SCDF, PUB, NEA, LTA, and other agencies Track submission status, respond to queries/clearances, and maintain an approval log Review architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications for compliance with codes and project requirements Coordinate interfaces with

process, mechanical, electrical, and cleanroom

teams Participate in BIM coordination meetings and clash detection reviews Oversee architectural site works: facade, roofing, partitions, flooring, ceilings, doors, and finishes Monitor progress, quality, and workmanship to meet

cleanroom standards

and Exyte specifications Conduct site inspections and issue non-conformance reports when required Serve as the primary contact for architectural matters with client, consultants, subcontractors, and authorities Prepare method statements, mock-up approvals, and as-built documentation Support project close-out: O&M manuals, TOP/CSC submissions, defect rectification Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

Degree/Diploma in Architecture or Architectural Technology (or equivalent) Minimum 5 years experience in large-scale industrial, wafer fab, or cleanroom projects Strong knowledge of Singapore Building Control Act, BCA submission procedures, and SCDF fire code Proficient in MS Office Attention to detail & regulatory compliance Problem-solving under fast-track schedules Strong stakeholder management * Excellent coordination and communication skills
