We're partnering with a well-funded, fast-growing tech company to hire a Lead Backend Engineer to join their team.
What you'll do:
Partner closely with product, frontend, and AI teams to build seamless workflows Design and scale backend systems supporting real-time AI features Optimise data flows and processing pipelines for low-latency performance Champion reliability, scalability, and engineering best practices
What we're looking for:
Strong backend engineer with experience in cloud-native environments Proficient in modern programming languages and distributed architecture Comfortable with API design, asynchronous processing, and system performance tuning Bias for shipping fast without compromising on quality Bonus if you've worked on model serving or real-time inference systems ?
