Job Description

Job Scope:

• Develop web application using technologies such as .NET Core and Kafka to be deployed in a containerized service such as Azure Kubernetes Services (AKS), using event driven Microservices architecture.
• Participate in daily agile scrum stand-ups for status updates, assignments, and collaboration.
• Participate in domain driven design workshops and develop business logic.
• Write unit tests e.g. xUnit.
• Design and develop quality and clean code.
• Conduct testing at all levels: unit, integration, functional, and performance.

Job Qualifications:

• Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science or equivalent.
• 9 years of experience in Microsoft .NET design & development (.NET Core / .NET).
• Understanding and experience of ASP.NET MVC architecture and Powershell.
• Experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps or any other cloud computing platform.
• Experience and ability to refactor code.
• Experience of handling and working in government projects.
• Good understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience on RESTful services, Web API, Entity Framework, LINQ and SQL Server. Experience with code first migration is a plus.
• Familiarity with API tools including Swagger and Postman.
• Familiarity with task management, bug tracking, and wiki-based documentation tools like Azure DevOps.
• Good to have experience in MS SQL, Domain Driven Design, Docker / Container Concept, Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Kafka, Agile Scrum Development, Angular / AngularJS, Python, Node.js, or Sharepoint 2013/2010.
