You'll manage complex CNC milling and turning operations in our workshop, working closely with foremen and engineers to restore large worn or broken parts to original specifications using advanced techniques and CAD drawings.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Operate and supervise CNC milling and turning jobs on heavy machinery components
Interpret technical drawings and perform CAD modifications when required
Plan, program, and execute machining steps for standard to complex repair works
Ensure tolerances, surface finish, and alignment meet required standards
Train junior CNC technicians and oversee quality of repair jobs
Coordinate with welding, hardening, and fitting departments for job flow
Maintain machine condition and workshop discipline

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years hands-on CNC milling & turning experience (fanuc preferred)
Able to read and edit CAD drawings (e.g. AutoCAD, SolidWorks)
Prior experience machining repair jobs for construction or industrial equipment is a strong plus
Familiar with setup, tool selection, and inspection of large workpieces
Team player with strong attention to precision and safety
