To serve our clients who are made up of FinTech, Financial Services, and Enterprise Telcos, we are actively looking for highly experienced industry leaders to join our growing Consulting team.Main objectives of the role: Work with clients, generally on-site, either as an individual or as part of a Menrva team. Provide leadership and oversight for enterprise-wide technology strategies, solutions and programs. Translate the organisational and business requirements to technical requirements. Meet customer requirements by producing high level architecture designs for complex/semi-complex systems. Improve design specifications and prototypes based on inputs from internal and external stakeholders Recommend and design structures and tools for systems which meet business needs and takes into account existing systems and also the target environment, performance and security requirements. Lead on assessment of potential risk, infrastructure redundancy of systems and utilities at the site against safety and performance standards. Conduct root cause analysis and implement pro-active measures. Monitor effectiveness of implemented measures. Manage systems changes through change request process and provide status reports to relevant parties. Provide systems related technical advice to customers or project team. Drive the troubleshooting with internal and external system components. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for all implemented networks. Design test cases and scripts, map back to pre-determined criteria, record and report outcomes.Core Skills: Degree in Engineering/Computer Science. IT Infrastructure Service Management experience and associated service models. Experience working with and influencing various levels of management, building relationships and influencing across teams. Strong stakeholder management skills with an ability to lead, make decisions, and solve problems to deliver excellent outcomes keeping customer satisfaction in the forefront. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that shows flexibility, resiliency, self-awareness, and ability to support other team members. Strong communication, and analytical skills. Awareness of Service Management, Project and Portfolio management tools and platforms (Service Now etc.) Proven knowledge of agile methodologies. Good perspective of industry trends and product and service strategies. An understanding of current business trends and potential technical ramifications of changing business environments on current and future technology solutions. Consulting experience with a major firm or comparable experience within an investment bank or large hedge fund. A team player with the ability work and manage within a matrix team environment. Creative thinking in designing and implementing service improvements.
